Go Solar was a great company to work with - it was a lengthy process and all along the way they kept us informed, had a team assigned to us and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We got a new roof first, and then our solar panels. It took FPL and the city quite a while to give us the all clear (3 -5 weeks) but now we are producing our own electricity 🙂 Hopefully our next bill will be close to zero.

After months of research i finally decided on eliminating my electric bill. I had to sort through an infinite number of opinions from neighbors and misleading news stories. A conservative friend of mine whose new home is 100% powered by solar helped dispel 90% of the misconceptions and hearsay. When you purchase solar be very wary of the solar salesmen from unscrupulous companies. Thankfully my research led me to Go Solar. I dealt with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and staff.Misinformation about solar is endless, i cannot imagine a greater threat to the power & oil companies than the free sunlight. My guess is big oil is hard at work researching clouds.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They stepped up to assist in replacing my Tesla Powerwall. ADT purchased the original installation company, but when the Powerwall failed under warranty, they claimed they were not responsible for installation. Tesla helped me find Go Solar Power as a certified installer. I worked with Paul Gallivan throughout the process, and he provided great customer service. He was in constant contact we me & with Tesla to obtain the Powerwall & schedule the installation. I was so pleased with Go Solar Power that I reached out to Enphase to transfer my on-going service to their Piece of Mind program. I was also very pleased with Steve Morgan who came out to make the installation. Very professional & pleasant to work with. We had a great experience with Go Solar and everyone there. We went with them after receiving many estimates. Richard was in particular a lot of help and answered every question we had in great detail as well as help us through every step of the permitting, re-roof, and solar installation process.

I had a 21KW system installed by Go Solar Power in February 2024. In choosing a solar company I found them to have far more experience and better reviews then most other companies. Our Sales person David O. was much more knowledgeable then any other company we consulted. I am not easily impressed, as I do very significant research before a large investment like this, but David had serious in depth answers for any questions we had from beginning to end of install and afterwards when we had other questions. His knowledge was by far second to none and I felt very comfortable dealing with him and Go Solar Power. The system was built to exacting standards, impressive actually, since we have a large system with twin arrays. Everything was perfectly level, perfectly lined up with the sun and performs exactly, will actually, better then specifications. The install crew was very courteous, and worked from 7:00AM until after dark on several days and had the entire system built and ready to turn on in about 7 working days, start to finish. The workmanship on the arrays, wiring and electrical control/access boxes was very clean and tidy. I have heard and seen horror stories about bad setups with electrical boxes and wiring done in a messy and unprofessional manner and Go Solar Power's was done expertly and clean. All county/state inspections passed first time around. The system has been running for 6 months now with zero issues, producing power as expected and on the clearest sunniest days producing maximum output for a good chunk of the day (peak sun angle). I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable everyone at Go Solar Power was, especially David O. and Evan P. Even today when I have a question about our system they are quick to respond, long after the project was finished. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects on my property. Go Solar is a fabulous company. We got a ton of information to help us make a decision ( we’re engineers so …). Go solar was so much more helpful than two other companies, making a choice was easy. Throughout the whole job, we were kept up to date on progress and our Go Solar contacts led us through the approval process from HOA to city permits. We had a great experience and are now enjoying our Georgia sunshine as it powers our air conditioner.

Great company with a great product. Now that we've had the system, our electric bill, with feel like temps over 100, has been $29.00 per month!!!!! That's amazing. And, the Tesla backups have kicked on when we've had a couple of power outages. We are so happy we did this, and Go Solar are so professional.

First off, I would like to say that 'I'm not the kind to leave reviews anywhere and rather just walk away from the unpleasant situations than give it my energy.When considering Solar energy information, I checked with multiple companies, and none appealed to me due to Solar energy companies having a short-lived business structure which tend to be a big problem in this industry. After 3 months I finally decided to go with Go Solar Power and I must admit, even going through the permit and labor process I was still skeptical of everything, but Kenneth was there to hear me out and guide me through the process. I currently have 5 months with the system, and he will always check on me to make sure everything is operating correctly, or if I have any concerns. I’ve had a few warranty-related issues since installation of my solar system (panels, transducers, battery). All have been addressed without issue. One specific person - Shavtana - at organization has been wonderful to work with. Proactive in communication on how warranty work is being managed. Also proactive in monitoring the issues (ex informing me that a remote hard-reset of system didn’t solve issue) without constant follow-up requests from me. Shavtana has been the best to work with.

GoSolar was fantastic, I fully and highly recommend them. We hired GoSolar to install Solar panels in our home and the process was seamless from start to finish. These installations are highly technical and require experienced technicians in addition to proper project planning. GoSolar had both, and I was constantly kept updated as to where we were in the process and what the next steps were. In addition, GoSolar took care of obtaining all the permitting including with authorities, with the utility company, and the HOA. I also found that GoSolar was transparent in explaining the options available for solar generation, from least expensive to more expensive, clearly explaining pros and cons and importantly, which options met the code for hurricane force winds in Florida. I would say GoSolar delivered impeccable service.

Overall I had a great experience with Go Solar Power. Richard was my salesperson and he provided me with good service and was always available by phone or email during and after the sale. Evan was the project manager and he too was always available and always very timely in his replies. I installed the Enphase 'Daylight backup" system that allows the solar panels to have some function during the day during a grid outage without battery backup. This works as advertised and it is exactly what I was expecting. I would recommend Go Solar Power and would use them again.

I shopped around and received several quotes from Tesla and other local solar installers and Go Solar provided the lowest price for the 400kw panels. Kenneth was available to answer my question anytime I called. Lucas helped coordinate with my roof contractor so the brackets that go under the tiles were installed prior to the tiles. I’m During the install of the panels not a single tile cracked. The install team was well experienced and professional.I strongly recommend anyone interested in getting solar panels to at a minimum get a free estimate from Kenneth. See for yourself that go solar is customer centric.

We purchased a system on credit because it got us a 30% tax credit, which we needed since we had large capital gains from the sale of our previous home. At first we didn't think the investment was going to be worth it and complained about the performance. It took quite a few calls, but eventually Court sent out his crew with five more panels at no cost. Now on a typical sunny day we are selling more power to FPL than we are using. Cloudy days cut the production down, but I can tell that it will even out in a few more months, making the investment worth it. We are happy with the purchase and appreciative Court took care of us.

With all the trials this country has gone through, keeping with a down to earth business model is very hard but Go Solar Power came to the rescue after making many phone calls to 10 different solar companies. My primary solar company had abandoned a solar project to install a system on my house, after alot of money wasted and headache, They accepted the challenge of taking on the project at a very reasonable price. I am grateful .
